Cleanse
As any good practitioner knows, is that every so often, we need to get rid of the gunk and dirt that we walk through in this life, intentionally or not. Cleanse wipes away the spiritual and mental anguishes someone may have. A base of Epsom Salts and mixture of herbs associated with cleansing properties, this salt bath can either be used in the tub or shower. Use on Sundays or any day that one may connect with a day of reset.
Directions:
Step 1 – Take salt bath out of packaging and add to a pot of boiling water.
Step 2 – Turn the stove off and stir the contents of bath counterclockwise to bring the cleansing materials towards your aura.
Step 3 – Say out loud Psalm 51 or any prayers you associate with cleansing
Step 4 – Once the water is lukewarm or cold, use the same evening or store for whenever you need it.
Step 5 – In usage, this cleanse should be done before someone goes to bed. In the shower or tub, either take a bath with the mixture and the added bath water, or dump on oneself in a standing shower.
Step 6 – In a sweeping motion, you will wipe away the herbs that are stuck on your body, getting rid of everything you think is on you spiritually.
Step 7 – Get out of the tub and air dry, saying Psalm 51 or your cleansing prayer until you’re dry. This is the longest process of the cleanse.
Step 8 – Once dry, wrap hair in a white head covering and head to bed. The next day, the remnants of the bath should go to the crossroad with an offering, thanking the spirits for taking any residue that was left. After the cleanse, don’t smoke, drink, have sex, or watch anything violent. This can mess with the energies of the cleanse and cause those same energies to come back two-fold.
